Credit cards have long been an easy way for average people to bring home products high dollar and the services they may not have enough money in your pocket to do so normally. Somewhere along the way but the credit card companies have realized that small flakes of plastic are a virtual cash cow unstoppable. Once a person uses the card they are hooked. The ease of purchase exceeds any thought of actually sending in payments on a monthly basis.
Cards can be compared with alcohol in some way. No matter what the economy is doing at that time, if the consumer wants alcohol he or she will find some way to get alcohol. With many credit cards seem to continue loading the items that have no immediate need at the moment, no matter how well or badly the economy is doing now. The card issuers soon began to have a high rate of default and had a plan. The new plan was to raise taxes whenever possible.
These fees would theoretically allow card issuers to recover money lost as well as continue to earn substantial profits. Many card issuers of a new strategy and a bit ‘unfair to lower credit limits at the right time to force the consumer in a situation beyond that limit, of course, comes with a stiff penalty due on the bill next month. The public is slowly becoming educated to the tactics and operations of the credit card industry and we hope that soon the demand restructuring providing better standards of card companies.
